                        The only "rigging" here and 99% of other places is the built-in house edge. There is already no way for the players (collectively) to win, so the house has no incentive to cheat.... If the house was going to cheat, they would actually be better off rigging the game to seem more fair (i.e. reduce variance) because players will lose more deposits if they think the game is fair.
