Whos right here our government or fulltit?? Fulltilt always payed US customers fast, they worked with banks to get our money to us fast and always paid us every cent every time. Then comes our government who decides that poker is like some kind of bad drug and tilt and stars are cartel members so we have to bust them, so lets go into how they pay US customers fast and put a stop to it. Then lets hold up the checks laugh like we did it right buy undercover cars and weapons, hold on to the money that was busted while US customers are basically put on the street and lost there jobs for no apparent reason except that our govn wants there share of tax. What is it less than 3 months after the bust they push harder to Legalize Internet Poker. Then luckily for Stars they are required to hold players fund in a seperate bank account "they can pay", unlucky for Tilt they were not required to do this now they are having trouble paying customers as well as absolute poker. Im not siding with Tilt cause i know alot of people are out this money right now but our government is blaming the poker companies for this mess when they are the ones that did this and they have the money will our own people suffer and some really don't know what to do.
So who is right here guys? I really like how they turn it on the poker sites when this should have never happened to begin with, why not go after the horse tracks or casinos that have real gambling instead of something that u have control of.
Im sorry it just really gets me mad when i read about this whole thing because i know its total bullsh-it and the funny thing is they know its total bullsh-it.

Naw i didn't miss anything, i know what happened and whats going on but let me ask u this? before all of this happened didn't they pay everyone and fast, i remember always getting my $ the next day. What im saying is trying to get u guys to open your eyes about our government(the so called good guys). They have the players funds and now there pressing hard to pass laws. I believe if they wanted Tilt and Stars out to make this sh-it legal why have innocent Americans as collateral damage. Seriously open yours eyes Poker=skill not legal, Casino games=all luck legal, scratchoffs=all luck legal.
What they did here is press legitimate poker against the wall where some were able to bounce back and others had to do sh-it. What im talking about here is not about Tilt its about the whole picture.

I found out later that the reason was that the account they used for my payout got seized, and this somehow froze my payout. And lets not get into the customer service (or lack there of) FTP pushed out.

If anyone had gotten a check from FTP, you would notice that at first they were issued in Canada, then later on, during the periods where people were waiting for their money (long before the seize of domain;see numerous 2+2 posts) their checks were issued from US accounts. This should have been a red flag to all of us that FTP was doing some shifty shiiitt.

Before black friday, i feel FT is doing welll, all payments are processed in the timeframe posted... but PS was better, processing in less very less than timeframe..., i dont think in a investor put 80 millions for buy a broke business (FT), they have a plan in hand...... i think PS will do the same and 1000% better......

It's hard to say if FTP will be a top card room again, because when it does become legal in the US they'll be many other online rooms backed my Vegas casinos.

That is a rather optimistic read on that article. The article stated " It was then announced recently that Full Tilt’s frustrated customers were a step closer to receiving their $330 million in lost funds after an agreement was reached in principle to sell the company for around $80 million, pending its shareholder’s approval."

"Groupe Bernard Tapie have struck a deal with the DoJ which would also permit them a concession not even yet afforded to PokerStars. Namely, Full Tilt may be permitted to re-enter the US market in the eventuality of online poker legalisation in the States."


A step closer and they may be permitted to enter after poker legislation in the united states passes are the key words and phrases here. There is nothing in this article that really makes me think that players will be seeing their money soon and full tilt will be US facing anytime very soon.

Once again i will say that im not only talking about tilt i talking about everything, but i did use both stars and tilt and always got paid fast i think the longest was 3 days a few times but thats it. Fu-ck absolute and the scandals there would never play at a place like that.
But i will say it again fu-ck our government for sticking there noses where they don't belong, everyone knows poker is a skill game and that its impossible to lose in the long run if your a good player. They only wan't to give players a hard time because its a beatable game.

Really dude, u do the opposite and have Fulltilt be required to have players balances in a seperate bank and Stars not, lets see the ending story. Lucky for Stars they are in the Isle of Man and were required to do that.
Anyway its all just a bad situation and im sick of it.
