Get the air. Tablets are overrated. The Air will be much easier to use.

What are you wanting to do with it, pal? If its simply to watch movies, play games, and send emails then there's no question the iPad 2 is the way to go for traveling. If you're actually wanting to use it as a laptop, then the Air is the better choice.

I have an iPad 2 and a MacBook Air 13.3"

I got the iPad 2 originally for school to put all my books on (e-Books)

However once I played with the Air I fell in love and now only use it my iPad is just collecting dust I've been meaning to sell it actually thanks for the reminder.
