#527My point exactly...this is what it boils down to...I am not saying romo is a bottom tier qb but this is exactly what he seems to never do...make a big play like a great qb should do...Originally posted by warriorfan707The idiocy of some of these morons is unreal. The whole point is all the top 3 QB's in the league find a way to drop that pass in there.

when romo had the opportunity to end the game he overthrew the WR
that shud have been an easy TDComment -

#539Plenty of QB's in this league wouldn't have gotten them close. I'm not basing my decision either on just this one game, but of his entire career.

Before i got engaged, my gay friends were the greatest wingmen ever. There is always that hot chick with her fat friend and nobody wants to take one for the team, nobody except Gay Wingman. He will talk to the fat chicks.
I feel if you discriminate against people, it is because you have an insecurity, maybe your insecure about your sexual orientation, or maybe you are insecure about life, some people need to make themselves feel like they are better then other people. sad stuff really.Comment -

Tony looked awfully good last night. Made some unbelievable plays. I got the feeling he was just a bit off, especially with Miles. Seems like on a couple of those deep throws he wasn't able to hit the receiver in stride like he usually does. I'm sure 99% of that is the timing isn't quite there with all of the time Miles has missed. Either way, how many teams in the league would like their QB to be a "little off" and yet still have a 140+ QB rating?? He did absolutely more than anyone should have to do in order to get the Win.
This one was all on the defense. Terrible. The secondary is laughable. Jenkins is the only one worth a damn, and he seems like he's made out of glass. Never seen a guy get hurt as often as he does. And the fact that he's their best corner isn't saying all that much. Newman is beyond bad. I mean he totally sucks. He looks lost out there, not even looking for the ball. When Scandrick came in for Jenks, Eli threw in his direction about 9 times in a row. Not scared in the least that Scandrick could make a play on the ball. Even D.Ware, who's obviously their best player, killed them with those 2 neutral zone penalties. I love D.Ware, but you simply cannot do that at that point in the game.
Tony is an elite QB. I don't care what anyone says. But he's not going to be able to take this team anywhere with that defense. If you can't win scoring 34 points at home, then you just can't win.

#545Opie please stay off the Opium i'm sorry y'all but I wouldn't even put Romo in the top 15 right now theres better rookies than him, and he has yet to show real improvement in his career every year its the same story on repeat, and until the Cowboys get someone new under center it will be the same story sorry, but no I can guarantee Tony Romo will never see a superbowl game let alone a superbowl ring unless its on someones elses finger, or he is watching the game on television.Comment -
