Chiefs just got homered much like my Bengals yesterday, BS NFL officiating.

That ball never touched anyone on the on side and they are not allowed to challenge it.

Philly challenged who touched the ball first on an onside kick last night.
So is the rule you can't challenge whether it was touched before 10 yards? I'm just asking to confirm. It doesn't make sense that you can challenge who touched it, but can't challenge when it was touched.
