you gotta be fukkin kiddin right? This is "THE" Ohio State. The Buckeyes will settle for nothing less than contending for national championships. Rich Rod is a bum let him go coach in the Pac 12 and try to build a program at Arizona. Ohio State kicked Michigans ass every year that Rich Rod was at Michigan.


Ohio State has a young team this year and will be a lot better next season with the returning players alone. Just wait until Urban Meyer starts recruiting those kids out of Florida.

Here's an odd twist to the Urban Meyer saga....I was listening to Sports Radio out of Oklahoma...and a few of the talking heads were talking about a rumor out of Texas about Longhorn boosters behind the scenes grumbling about Mack Brown and that they're courting Meyer to Texas after the season....now there's a rumor/bold prediction

The one thing about Urban Meyer I love is he will run the score up on the opposition. I couldn't stand him when he was at Florida especially since Florida kicked Ohio States ass in the national championship game but I respect him as a good coach. He is totally relentless and he is a betting mans dream b/c he will never take the foot off the gas no matter what. Urban Meyer is the exact opposite of Jim Tressel and he would make the Buckeyes offense exciting to watch for a change. I liked Jim Tressel as a coach and a person but he was way too conservative.

The truth about Urban Meyer is ALL ABOUT THE MONEY 100% he will go coach for whoever pays him the most. Seriously I don't care who it is if they pay him enough money he will be their coach. When he was at Florida the booster club members all had the option to eat dinner with Urban Meyer for a fee..

anybody want to guess how much Urban Meyer thought his time was worth and how much he would charge you to join him for dinner?

Urban has the best job ever right now. He makes good money with 1/10 of the time put into his job compared to when he was coaching. I can't see him giving that up until his kids are out of college. Then he will come back to coaching. At that point who knows where he will go. Back to Florida, ND, OSU. They will all want him by then.

He wont go....his 3 dream jobs in descending order are 1) Ohio State (He's from Youngstown and GA'd at OSU for 2 years) 2. ND (worked there for 4 years) 3. Michigan
