The big Euro books all have lines up for pretty much every major league game for volleyball, handball and beach soccer too. I am sure they take more action on the NHL than for those by not by much. The European Ice Hockey leagues are gaining popularity from a betting perspective (less parity/easier to 'cap. I guess).

Even on BetFair, NHL markets are slow/illiquid.
