7:00 PM SBR will host an ice-breaker/reception open to all SBR posters and guests (1 guest per poster, please). This event will feature adult libations, prizes, and entertainment and will afford us all an opportunity to put faces with our favorite forum posters.

I'm sure a thread is coming, telling you to contact the hotel, give CC#, get conf #, etc.

I once got a spa tower suite at GN, by checking in late. It was awesome... spiral staircase,two levels, like a condo, easily a $1,000 a night room on weekends. Wife bitched about having to change rooms, got if for the entire stay, at like the $59 rate.

standard rooms are nothing special, but the best of downtown, pool is awesome.

Thats the trick in Vegas. Complain and they will usually upgrade you. Do it on a Sat. when there are no check-ins, so no more regular rooms. Getting there after midnight on Fri. sometimes does the trick too, at the busy places!
