As you may have noticed, the forum was offline for a period. We identified a security incident to Sportsbook Review Forum and took the site offline as a containment step while we investigated.

when i was 23, i did a 10 mile marathon.. i finished it in 1 hr 11 min.. my avg has always been 7 min/mile. i was in great shape and close to 100 lbs less than today..
i am a fat fukk now.. i'd be lucky if i can do a 2 mile marathon today, without ever walking it.

Maybe it's time to start taking a walk since you're in CA (nice weather year round) or get a stationary bike. I walk ever day now somewhere between 1 and 3 miles one way nonstop. It just took a little will power and getting off my rear end and I feel a lot better because of this. Perhaps you could try it as well, yes?
