If Dawkins had gone low instead of high with the tackle it probably wouldn't have been called. Regardless of whether you agree with the rule, a 16 year vet should know that it wasn't worth it on that particular play. I'm sure other times the potential penalty is worth it to break up the play.

Dont disagree at all with you but I think when your playing at the speed they are its tough to make judgement calls like that in an instance. Defense is played with a lot of instincts and some of these new rules/calls are trying to take that away.
