Know a couple people getting CW calls wanting them to set up a payment plan. Funny thing is some of them did not even sign up, there were sign ups in their name. Have you received a collection call? If so how did it go, everyone I know just hangs up on the chick calling.

I would guess the scamsters would use the info without their knowledge, then tell the people lucky enough to be getting a $400-$1000 payout once it's time to cash out. This money would be split 50/50 or so, with the scamster neglecting to tell the winner what would've happened with a losing account.
If the account is a loser, the scamster doesn't mention anything about it to the people whose info he used.Comment -
