MIKE MCQUEARY claims he went to the cops

Mike McQueary gave a brief interview to CBS Evening News tonight, saying his emotions were "all over the place ... like a snow globe."

Reporter Armen Keteyian says off camera McQueary said he was "shattered and shaken," and concerned about his personal safety and future in coaching.

In an email to a friend McQueary reportedly claims he did indeed stop the alleged assault in the shower and went to cops.

"the only reason McQueary isn’t in jail is because for some reason only 8 states, Pennsylvania not being in that ridiculously small number, have laws where it is illegal to fail to report sexual abuse of a minor. Why isn't there anything in the grand jury report about him going to the cops? Did they seriously not ask him if he went to the cops? That's hard to believe. Did he forget to tell the grand jury this kind of important point? Did he tell them and not include this rather key point in the report. Something doesn't add up here. I tend to believe the sworn testimony over an e-mail or an interview not under oath.

i think he is going to switch his story and say he never saw it. cause if you saw him actually anally raping a boy, you would do a lot ******* more.

they say he told a friend in an email that he went to the cops but i never read anything about WHEN this email was sent. if it was 4 days ago it means nothing, if it was right after the incident- it has much much more credibility.

i do not believe any of this mcqueary stuff. he saw it, told people, and they all decided it was best for the school's rep to keep it quiet. now mcqueary is protected because he is the big witness. penn state cannot cross him without him pointing fingers.

It would spell out all material facts. If he acted to stop the rape or went to police, those are quite obviously material facts that would be included among the 30 pages in the report, without a doubt.
