Your ability to not dwell on a weekend of picking 90% losers is impressive.

It seems to me that embracing the fact that you are clearly one of the worst cappers (I use that term loosely) in the history of sports betting is key.

One time I went camping with friends, we got so drunk we couldn't even set up the tents. It got to the point that rather than being frustrated we embraced the fact that we were so drunk and just laughed at ourselves and continued to get hammered.

This is what I equate your situation to.

I only hope that this pattern doesn't exist outside of your sports gambling hobby. It would be sad to imagine what, if any, situations would have brought this behavior on during your child hood.
