    The Fade list
I'm going to throw up some names of fades that the books just cant seem to keep up with. Not everyone is worth playing against every week but worth a look. Got 1 or 2 to add?

Fresno St - kind of a semi fade candiate

Ole Miss - full out fade, theyve packed it in

Memphis - havent intentionally packed it in just have bad players

    New Mexico - see above

Texas Tech - toast, players are focusing on their landscaping degrees.

Middle Tenn - No offense and now no defense

NFL gets tricky. Seems to be who has a QB at least good enough to get a cover.

San Diego - Rivers throwing all floaters..defense no longer bailing them out

Washington - Who's QB'ing this week? Grossman is bad but best they have.

    Colts - RIP

Losing at home to a mediocre team that completed two passes is just plain inexcusable. Probably the worst loss in the NFL this year.

Vandy is not terrible but yea, this program has hit the skids. Still, they beat Ole Miss!

Baltimore just about every other week. Or basically whenever they are favored by 7 or more.

                            John,

You're correct. Vandy is not terrible. But the Doors took UK out behind the barn and hung 38 on them. And that can't be good.

New Mexico has covered the line the past two weeks. On top of that, I made a tidy profit on them over the weekend when they not only covered against UNLV, but won straight up @ +240.

The Redskins offense is almost unwatchable for me (yes, I'm a long time Skins fan). Against my better judgement and rule #1 of betting (going against your team), I've played the Skins UNDER pt total the past 2 games and won easily. I don't really see things changing much so looking at them to not score each weekend is a fairly strong play. They have the chance to put up more pts of course with Rex in there then John Beck.

*sigh* hopefully my team can get a signal caller this next April Draft Day.

What's the worst ats record in nfl history? Can't be worse than 4-12 can it? Hard to think any nfl team just keeps losing week after week. Just like 07 pats couldn't continue covering week after week.

Rams have NINE Cb's on IR, including their top 5, 2 just went out this week @ Cleve.
Also have 4 of their WR-TE's out, 2 just went out recently, they are down to 3 WR's and their # 3 TE.
AND both high draft choice OT's are out, one was out 3 weeks another this week.
NO "O", did not score a TD last week in Arizona, got one this week in Cleveland, scored 13 or less in 7 of 9.
They just pound Stephen Jackson, hope to get for 3-4 yds a pop, but of course they do not get that, so he gets his 100 yds but they do not score.
They just backed in with a sloppy-ugly win against hapless Cleveland, who missed a 25 yd fg with time expiring. Bad snap.
They cannot score with anybody who has a good offense, this week at home against Seattle they will get killed.
Rumors coach and GM are on the HOT seat.
Players might give up, not sure, but even with supreme effort they are devastated by injuries in key positions.

Yeah... I played both of the New Mexico teams Saturday night. Both of them were +7 and +240. Rode both ponies to a nice bit of cash, but they were both situational plays... won't be on them again this year. I try to find dogs that I think can win out-right and then play them on spread as well as moneyline (little more on spread so that I'll show a profit if they cover).

Ram coach isn't on the hot seat... his job is very secure.
