Legends live casino, stealing money from players, do not play

Sitting at the table, dealt 12, dealer showing 10.

Never given the buttons to take a card, they moved onto next player.

Very next hand the entire table malfunctions, no buttons for anyone and other troubles.

They close that hand but refuse to refund my money from previous hand. Say it was my fault.

Ridiculous...

Had you contacted Legends customer service over live chat, or just made a post? When you say you were told it was your ''fault'', do you mean you typed something in the live dealer table chatbox?

I have not had any problems with it yet. There is not enough time to bet in between hands that is biggest problem!

I contacted customer service as well.

They said the programmers are looking into it.

They will just tell me there were no problems.
I know the drill....

I wasnt doing anything else. Was paying complete attention.
