I told you the fix is in. Everyone wants a Bama-LSU rematch anyway they can get it.

Will be same in BCS. Pac-12 gets no love from the computers. Wouldn't shock me to see Oklahoma ahead of Oregon, since they got a hard on for the Big 12.

What's there to understand? Alabama is the superior team and it's not close. If they really want the two best teams to play for the championship than it's LSU/Alabama rematch. Period. Oregon is nothing this year other than perhaps the best team in the Pac-10. They lose 4-5 games if they played a full SEC schedule. Auburn beat them last year for the title, LSU beat them this year without their starting QB and other key players suspended. They can't beat a quality SEC team. No comparison between the two, Alabama beats them 10 out of 10 times.

Do people not realize how crappy Miss State is? Bama couldn't score a TD at home in their biggest game of the year. Back of the Line.

Look at what LSU did to Oregon. Alabama outplayed LSU in almost every aspect, with the exception of the kicking game. Head to head I believe Bama would physically dominate the ducks.

What did LSU do to Oregon? Refresh my memory. Oregon had a couple of key fumbles if I recall correctly. The issue is not with LSU, however, even if I do believe they are now a weaker team as a whole with Jefferson at the helm.
But that was game 1. Bama had two weeks to prepare for a home game in the peak of the season to prove their point and they didn't do it. That is as close of a playoff scenario as we are going to get with this broken system.
Bama v Oregon next week. Oregon wins...Give Bama six weeks to re-start their strength and conditioning program and properly learn a game plan to stop the Ducks then ya, maybe they dominate.

Exactly. It would be easy for Bama just like all the other SEC teams that Oregon has played lately. In fact Alabama is better than LSU or Auburn last year, this game would be worse than the other beats the Ducks have taken. Alabama 42-14 would be my guess.
As for the rematch that's the only fair thing to do. If you want the two best teams then that would be the match-up. If it's not than whichever SEC team gets in will win once again, just like the last 5 years in a row. When it comes to football the SEC is KING and by a very large margin.

Seriously?? Do you even follow college football? Miss State has been in every game they lost. I understood the under valuing of the SEC 3 years ago, but now the sec dominance can't even be argued. The idiocy around here is out of control this year.

Lucky to beat La Tech and real impressive win against UAB.
Mullen gets them to play hard, I will give them that, but that does not equal a good team.
All that stands between the BCS and rematch hell is an Oklahoma State loss to Oklahoma in their Bedlam showdown. At least that's how it looks after Saturday's bloodletting.

Did Bama jump straight up and straight down?
They were ahead of Oregon last week too. In fact they've been ahead of them all season.

Correct , Bama didnt 'jump' Oregon
However , the BCS had the perfect opportunity to rank Oregon 3rd after their stunning win over undefeated Stanford
Now look at what we got...

All the pretenders are gone - Boise, Okla State, Clemson, Oregon and so on. The best teams are in the SEC and frankly it's not even close. The top 3 teams in the country are Alabama, LSU and Arkansas. This will be the the 6th year in a row the championship team comes from the SEC. Pure domination.

Arkansas is 10-1, their only loss is to Alabama. Clearly they are the 3rd best team in the country.

We really need to just have the SEC play each other twice per year...overall winner takes home the BCS Trophy and then in Jan we'll have the #2 spot play whatever out of conference team is close behind and call that the honorable mention trophy or something.

Bama will not play lsu again. Only the winner of the SEC championship game will travel to the BCSNCG!
LSU goes to BCSNC
BAMA to sugar bowl
Unless lsu loses next weekend, they are a lock to go to the big dance.
They will never allow lsu/bama for NC
You have to win your conference to go to the big game.
