USC is bowl ineligible. Barkley isn't the best quarterback in college football but he's definitely in the conversation. I like the way that USC has handled themselves with little incentive.

Too many interceptions to be in that elite mix. Good, yes. He'll need to improve his decision making skills to be a factor on Sunday's. He is marketable with his good looks. Plus people in the know say there are no character issues. I say he'll go middle first round in the draft. 99% he'll come out.
