dude was hilarious, and NO he probably didn't have AIDS, he did have some rare lung disease as someone mentioned. He was funny back in those old Def comedy jams. he was married to the same woman for like 25 years and had 1 daughter i think, cause he would talk about her on talk shows and how well she had turned out. I actually bought his autobiography a few years back, he had a rough childhood.
