Same as any other pointspreads, if it's +4.5 he can either win outright or lose by 4 (4-6, 4-6) etc.

There's an incredible difference between +4 and +4.5 in other words Dac b/c tennis sets have to be won by 2 games. Crazy knows this of course but told you you'd be fine b/c you have gone broke many times be4 and have always come out fine

From what I last saw on the scoreboard, things were tight, it appears that situation has changed though. Either way, laying almost 1 to 5 on Roddick in this situation is asking to get burned, Gicquel + was IMO the best play here. Still a tier II event, get ready for the US Open.
