This used to be so automatic. Even though Peyton is one of the all time greats, I would choose Eli. Eli is more clutch.
Anyone agree?

Since 2007 Eli has more regular season wins and is 4-2 in the playoffs. Peyton is 2-4 in the playoffs.

Eli has the second highest wonderlic score for a QB behind Ryan Fitzpatrick (Harvard grad has the NFL record for score 48/50 and fastest completion at like 6 minutes). Smart QBs don't make bad throws. As Eli said, he is not a 25 int QB. At least half those ints last year were off wrs hands.

This.
The one thing about Eli people don't understand is that he has a tremendous football IQ and mind. He gets how to play the position and how to perform as an efficient QB in the system. He could retire tomorrow and become a top notch QB coach for any NFL team the next day.

New York attitude and media is exactly why Eli doesn't get the respect he deserves. The place is a pressure cooker and if you aren't the 1996-2000 Yankees then you suck.
It's fine by me. I cashed in on the +400 ML on the Giants vs the Pats.

Peyton has been refered to being a coach from the colts even before he was injured. Main reason their offense is so fukkin bad is because Peyton is the play caller, he controls the tempo, everything. Pretty smart

the last time Peyton drove the Colts down the field, it was to take the lead vs the Jets with a bunch of backups in a playoff game leaving less than a minute on the clock.
yes, the Jets - who then went on to beat up on a 36 TD 4 INT MVP Brady... and came close to a SB berth.

this has to be a big joke.
Peyton is the comeback king, he has 35 fourth quarter comebacks, and 46 game winning drives in his career.
You go on youtube and you can find so many vids on peytons amazing comeback drives that he has had throughout his career. Eli has one decent year when peyton is hurt. Does anyone remember how bad eli has played in the past?

Not enough info to answer the question, are we talking meaningless regular season game against a not so good team or a playoff game?

Meaningless stat to say since Peyton's played about 6 and half more years of football then Eli did. You can bring up that arguement when both players retire and their stats are final. But for now that stat is meaningless. Now if we were to crunch it up and bring out a % of drives where they comeback for 4th quarter come from behind drivers on failure and sucess %, that'd be a bit more credible stat for now
