Not the same feeds at all. For example futbol24 and other similar livescore sites get their scores from local sites, radios etc. Other websites like nowgoal and different asian livescores and bookmakers (sbobet, 188 etc.) get their scores straight from the stadium from so called livescouts following the game. Putting aside the asian books livescore platforms which for me are the most reliable my next favorites are futbol24.com. and nowgoal.com.

i never had this problem. always seems perfectly reasonable in the matches i check. guess i have not run into it yet.
