McQueary Status Unchanged?

Watching ESPN right now and it's showing the board of trustee's press conference as well as them answering questions after their announcement. John Surma basically said that as of right now McQueary's status remains unchanged.

So how does Paterno get fired for this but McQueary get a pass. Unless their only basis for firing Paterno is to get ride of this circus media that is surrounding their university and the non stop coverage Paterno was getting because of it.

Actually agree Mcquery should be gone also along with Paterno.
