We have 1500 games of NCAA basketball on ESPN and their affiliates alone this year, which by the way is easier to handicap than the full of crap pro players.

How do you honestly cap a college basketball game??? I truly don't know how. I know nothing about college players... I would have better luck flipping a coin.
