i think it's pretty interesting. 15 years of sexual abuse knowingly allowed by the president of a wealthy 60k student school, years of silence, huge cover up by athletic department. president of the university up on perjury charges. to me it's like the JFK thing. i could understand how normal sports gamblers are sick of it though. i think coverage will die down for a while after the game.

I am in the UK and stayed up last night to watch the Temple/Miami match only to have the coverage interrupted by this stuff.

Sexual exploitation of kids is a terrible thing and I hope the (alleged) perpetrators get what is due to them but this case, is litlle different to the hundreds/thousands of other cases which will be ongoing in the US ATM. What differentiates it is that it is a sports personality in the middle of it but when all is said and done he was the coach of a college football team.
