either get a VPN and make it look like your IP address is coming from canada or somewhere else OR...basically just move outta the USA.

also note that payouts will be near impossible if you stay in the USA and go the vpn route unless you know someone you trust thats out of the country or have a bank account in another country.

these books are affraid of chargebacks and the lack of recourse they have if they get scammed and potentially violating laws in regards to processing gambling payments which may stop payments all-together if at any point the US decides to enforce anything pertinent.

as you may or may not be aware- US law makes gambling balances/debt not able to be recouped by law.

PLUS- you know how its so hard for us Americans to deposit- well books dont like that shit either.

the US says its illegal but nobody really ever gets in trouble for it. so that parts nice. but its these other sites like pinnacle, Bet365, betfair, william hill etc that dont even want a part of the american market because of all the complications.

The expenses and rent costs are huge in UK. he can rent a good place in central america for 10% of that cost. Also, he is not planning to move. Read his post again.

so the issue becomes cost of living etc. i would agree with central/south america. and if you go some place like columbia, there are very modern cities like medellin and bogata around.

UK has just about the most liberal laws relating to gambling and taxes are not an issue but as has been mentioned the cost of living is very high and the weather stinks.
