each state governs its own laws weather it be federal,local,or some other form off piss ass control called america. i live in ohio

Poor guy. Actually makes me wonder if we could get away from spending millions of dollars of taxpayers' money on the breathalyzers and just equip all squad cars with a roll of nickel-98 duct tape.

Its also unfortunate that a lot of people dont know that you have the right to REFUSE a breathe sample.
