Poor guy. Actually makes me wonder if we could get away from spending millions of dollars of taxpayers' money on the breathalyzers and just equip all squad cars with a roll of nickel-98 duct tape.

Its also unfortunate that a lot of people dont know that you have the right to REFUSE a breathe sample.
