Some have already, basically everyone needs to have their ID's submitted before the tournament starts. So yeah, it's a good idea to get that done as soon as you can, but there will be reminders issued along the way.

That would not work because there's the small rollover involved once you win your funds, so best thing to do is submit your ID's in time, play through a couple times and then withdraw and donate to a charity of your choice.
