to reflect daylight savings time ? I've fiddled with my time zone setting, but not working.

You just need to click in "Settings" next to your avatar, then go to "Edit Options" on the right hand menu and scroll down a bit, you will find a section where you set your time zone and if you want to automatically adjust DST settings. this link should take you there for convenience.
