What real reasons would exist for a gambling firm in Costa Rica to offer a fair game?

Casinos are pointless. Why play when you know 100% it's -EV? Might as well burn your money.

Casino games are sufficiently +EV (for the casino) that there is no reason to rig them. You want the players to keep coming back.

The idea that online casinos are rigged has been proven false, yet most gamblers (the most irrational people on earth i've decided) continue to believe they are. While I'm sure there have been an occasional exception, it is not the rule.

Do you think all the casino's in the united states are rigged?

They would go under if they got caught... Brick and Mortar Casinos in th U.S. can't easily rig games like Costa Rican virtual E-games

                          Rake...

If you play $100 in the casino and lose it instantly, you will likely assume it was rigged and be less inclined to play there.

If you play $100 in the casino and win a little lose a little back and forth (a fair game), you will be more inclined to play more and more money in the casino. In the end, you will lose, and lose more since you felt like you had a chance.

                          Fair game makes more sense.
