LSU also has a more explosive offense with a significantly better QB as well as the best receiver on the field in Rueben Randle. I agree Bama has a slightly better defense but they haven't faced much competition so far this year in terms of teams with good offense - the only explosive offense they faced was Arkansas


overall, I love LSU getting points here - to me this game is a coin flip, so the fact that LSU is a 5 point dog is pretty awesome. The last 3 times these teams have played, the games were decided by an average of 6 points and I think this is the best LSU team since Les Miles has been the headcoach

I understand Richardson is a beast but McCarron is a pretty average QB and his receivers aren't anything amazing either. Richardson is gonna be facing 7/8/9 man fronts all game and how can you like McCarron throwing to his receivers facing probably the best secondary in the country??
