Let me start by saying that it's great SBR offers the store. Every order I've ever made has been handled quickly and professionally. Sam does an amazing job. But I'm very perplexed as to why many of the prices are set at what they are. I see many inconsistencies throughout the store, but I'm just going to use the gift card prices as an example.
$15 Pizza Gift Card-200 points = Value of SBR point 7.5 cents
$50 Walmart Gift Card-1062 points = Value of SBR point 4.7 cents
$100 Ruth Chris GC-4445 points = Value of SBR point 2.2 cents
Why such a discrepancy in the value of SBR points? Shouldnt points be worth the same regardless of what you're buying?
Why do we spend 600 points for $45 at Dominos's, but yet 1062 points for $50 at Walmart? It makes no sense.
Why cant you guys just internally agree on a value of an SBR point, say 7 cents for example, and uniformly price each store item based on its retail cost divided by value of a point to determine it's store cost?
