SBR Store, what's with your prices?
Let me start by saying that it's great SBR offers the store. Every order I've ever made has been handled quickly and professionally. Sam does an amazing job. But I'm very perplexed as to why many of the prices are set at what they are. I see many inconsistencies throughout the store, but I'm just going to use the gift card prices as an example.

$15 Pizza Gift Card-200 points = Value of SBR point 7.5 cents
$50 Walmart Gift Card-1062 points = Value of SBR point 4.7 cents
$100 Ruth Chris GC-4445 points = Value of SBR point 2.2 cents

Why such a discrepancy in the value of SBR points? Shouldnt points be worth the same regardless of what you're buying?

Why do we spend 600 points for $45 at Dominos's, but yet 1062 points for $50 at Walmart? It makes no sense.

Why cant you guys just internally agree on a value of an SBR point, say 7 cents for example, and uniformly price each store item based on its retail cost divided by value of a point to determine it's store cost?

The Ruth Chris card was added as a joke so that don't count, all the gift cards have the same cost: as for the pizzas SBR has always given a very good deal on this pizzas and the change from just ordering a pizza to the gift card was to make it easier on sbr. But some always has to whine.

They just have some deal with dominos... They probably get those gift card at 60% cost or something, and the other ones... like Walmart are at 100%. They are just passing the savings on to you. I don't see what the mystery is here.

perplexed? this is sbr son not the harvard gazette

sbr assigns point value to items according to how much it cost them, if it costs more points for you to buy it means it costs more dollars for sbr to buy

Pizza cards are very low to honor the price of what they were when we were sending them to your door. We always like the idea of our posters eating pizzas on us on game days. A lot of times guys look at the price and think something else is too many point instead of SBR being generous with pizzas.
