Roddick started slow today but played a very nice 2nd and 3rd set for the win. His serve is still monster, but FedEx still has enough in those legs. I was thinking about the Over 22 for the match. If Roddick can just hold serve in the first set and force a tiebreak could be a winner.

can't believe the cap is only 4 at regular juice, especially in Feds' home land... line seems off big time IMO

things to keep in mind here..first off the match is in feds backyard, secondly if you think fed is an old man keep in mind he is only 1 year older than roddick!..also fed did have an extra day of rest as well for what its worth..he didnt look dominant against neimenen because neminen has been in really good form and it was fed's first match since the us open...so i would say no i dont think he can get beat by roddick, but it wouldnt surprise me if it was a very close match.

last time i backed roddick deep in a tourney on 1 day rest was against ferrer and he got demolished..being that he had a 3 setter just yesterday i would tread lightly

well it would take something special out of roddick to win but they have played MANY three setters and it isnt like fed has been in good form so far this tourney.

an on serve roddick covers this a good percentage of the time

I wouldnt bet on it because I've watched a lot of Roddick's matches, everyone is giving him too much credit, he is not that good. He was at his best during this year US Open and guess what he loses straight sets to Nadal. I think Federer will powned Roddick.

His wife is a good piece of meat though.

Roddick has the potential to upset Federer if he plays his absolute best tennis, and Federer does not.. Not saying Federer has to play shitty, but if Roddick's at his best and Federer is playing ok, its worth a shott...

-800 seems about right for a match of this caliber between these 2 athletes... Fed's the better player but the line has not moved since opening.. Roddick is no joke, he'll come up big time against good players.. Fed's record also is not as good as past years. I checked him out, each year his record is slowly but surely going down, despite the fact he's still have outstanding years nonetheless

Agreed, but Roddick isn't exactly on young legs either. Fed's game is better suited to being 30 than Roddick.
