Reno rules and tables are different than Vegas craps tables?????I was only in Reno once but I remember the don't pass line and rules were different.Can anyone fill me in on this?

It is not allowed. Its a gaming violation. If you are not wagering thats casino regulated, then its illegal gambling.

Now you can do "If you hit the point Ill give you $5!" but u cant do "Ill bet you 4:1 you dont hit ur point"

The casinos in Vegas openly allow side bets in poker games. It's even shown on major networks with well-known professionals. It's the same exact concept. I highly doubt you would encounter any objection from the pit.
