I was listening to the "new rule" and was just wanting to puke, when a guy is catching a ball he is considered defenseless, you have to allow him to catch the ball and protect himself from the hit before contacting him, so essentially you're not allowed to try to knock the ball out anymore, if you hit him before the ball gets there its pass interference, after the ball gets there its 15 yards added to the catch, dont hit him at all its an easy completed catch

Exactly. The problem is that it's obvious. Another problem is that most of the meat heads that gamble on football won't realize this, and will continue to give away their money.
