these types of perspective scams are why these sorts of dealings are prohibited. they dont want to be a medium for you to paypal him 1000 dollars and get nothing.

not trying to judge biggie- i dont know him at all but theres plenty of guys here that would lick a cat's asshole for a 100$ freeplay, let alone email a guy for 1000 free dollars.
