Anyone ever play $1 buy in online poker tournaments?Ever go to a final table?

I used to love Party Poker because they had so many $1 tournaments and you would get at least a few thousand people playing.You would start rolling and progress to table after table taking bigger risks going all in and getting lucky on mediocre hands to advance like you were forced to do strategy wise.You thought for sure you were heading for prize money and all you would get was $5 and sometimes just your entry back after thinking you were doing so well.Most of the time you got zilch but it was fun.

Are there any poker rooms that run $1 tournaments where you get a couple thousand people playing these days?Does anyone here bother playing those?If so,has anyone won a decent amount of money at a $1 tournament?

i finished 3rd in a 2.00 tournament. 3000 players at pokerstars.

My gf played a $1 triple draw tourney on Stars yesterday, finished......3rd or 5th, I forget

Didn't have thousands of people in it though

never done a buy in that small but won two 4 am freerolls on bodog for $120 with like 1800 guys
