yeah my sleeping habit is bad too. sometimes i wake up at 5pm sometimes at midnight.

The mess up part is this sleeping habits screw your eating habit and that turns very unhealthy. I know some folks with ulcers and gastritis that came from this lifestyle.

took a vacation day. have a lot of things to take care of. I.E bank, pay IRS, subit a for sale on craigs list. make toon, go to gym, have dinner ready when wife comes home...stuff like that.
