I gotta side with Jarvol. An edit of the post at 12:09, four minutes after he posted it, should not disqualify him, he's the winner. I know that technically, by the letter of the law, he would get DQ'd, but that is bullsh-t, he won. My two cents.

Well first off it doesn't say that only one poster can win, so two people picked the right score. However It does say if your post is edited at all your are DQ'd. So I like this game to be 23-20 and saw he had already picked that but it was edited so I went ahead and stuck to my prediction..
