Why are the BCS rankings and poll voters so terrible???

How the hell is Oklahoma ahead of Oregon and Arkansas? Oklahoma lost at home to a Texas Tech team who is a 10 point dog this weekend. Oregon lost to LSU. Arkansas lost to Alabama.
There is really no way one can make the argument that Arkansas or Oregon should be ranked lower than Oklahoma. Sure, Oklahoma might be a better team, but with the way the season has played out there is no way any of these polls should have Oklahoma ahead of those teams.

Polls are retarded. Whoever gave Boise a first place vote needs to lose their vote, what a joke.

How is Nebraska ranked so far ahead of Wisconsin when Wisconsin laughed Nebraska off the field?
