yeah its over. Browns had 4th down...instead of lining up to kick a field goal (than onside kick) since they are down 10...they decide to go for it...pick up about 15 yards and clock runs out.

did you not notice with 3 min to go at 17-10 the browns got a stop to force 4th down but niners got bailed out with facemask flag.
