I watched the race. He had to be whipped hard on the last 1/2 furlong to win. He looked awful. Definitely fade him next race if he runs with actual horses. Very bad performance.

According to the official chart on the race, he won by nearly 2 lenghts. He did need some urging in the stretch, but pulled away comfortably. BB did what was expected of him--hardly "a very bad performance".

You should have seen the look of Dutrow's face when they interviewed him on TMV right after the race. I have never seen anyone sweating and breathing so hard. Big Brown will not win another race with actual race horses. He barely beat the leading mule today as a 1/9 favorite. He got the lead on the last 25 yards of the race. This was an awful performance by a KDW. Pure awful disgrace.

Curlin looks like the Patriots and Big Brown the Giants in the super bowl.

On a prop bet I would say you would get 3-1 on Big Brown in a match race against Curlin.He sort of won ugly but a win is a win.I think this horse is always going to have some problems where it will separate him from becoming the superstar people thought he would be.

Ya never know though,the Giants beat the Patriots so Big Brown might beat Curlin in the Breeders Cup but I doubt it.
