STREAMING TV: Stuck with no TV at work, watch to watch games

Stuck at work. No tv here and I would like to watch the K. State game, on ESPN ... is there any way to watch this on line?

I believe there are sites that telecast stuff, but I don't know any.

Please help if you can. Thanks.
