I wouldn't trade the winter in the New England for your year-round beach weather. Maybe when I'm 60 and tired of shoveling, but you can't beat hittin the slopes with the ski bunnies, gettin drunk around a fire and looking at those tight asses in the jeans for 6 months out of the year.
