Apparently we started collected entries prior to these rules posts which is confusing. If you send your DSI ID we will put your prize in.

We don't need to limit the number of contestants to 64. Here's what I propose:

First round: As many people as sign up can participate. We make picks for a week and the people with the 64 best records will move on to the second round.

For the second round, people will be seeded according to their record in the first round. The top four performers in the first round will get the top four seeds, the people who ranked 5-8 in round one will get the two seeds, etc.

Then, we play everything out from there. I think this will add tons of excitement to the first round while not leaving anyone out. We could even say that people could join the first round a day or two late provided they make enough picks (for people who don't know everything that's going on here).
