had the following...dime parlays with mia fla 1st half, cards, and houston over....mia fla 2nd half and houston 2nd half...straight bet 1st half and 2nd half on mia fla...bottom line picked up 2100 profit on the houston game....2000 profit on the cards game..but lost like over 4400 on that mia game....i am an idiot...cards, houston or over houston should have been the only plays tonight.

Just from what I saw grading that game in the SBR book, I think a lot of people are in the same boat as you mh. I guess very few expected Virginia to win outright or even just cover.

the problem for me is even a grand straight up isnt enough...so since i couldnt parlay the houston and the over,, cause they wouldnt take it, i found a way to screw it up...i pick mostly winners but im way too reckless.

i nailed the fiu game, the uconn game and the houston game..the killers this week were the ravens game and this miami game, mind you in neither one did i lay the spread for the game..nevertheless i managed to lose over 4 g's in each game with quarters halves and 2nd halves...but amazingly i have managed to recover almost the whole 9 grand i lost on those 2 games with other bets...still pretty sickening...but i can tell you this i am ready to send it in on the CARDS TOMOROW.

Dude same here I had both of those teams in big ML parlays and they were the only games that lost... Makes me want to put underdogs in teasers all weekend

Parlays are sucker wagers. This is just another perfect example. Why anyone would jump all over Miami, a 4-3 team (at the time), and lay that many points is totally beyond me. Miami is a 6-6 type team. You do not lay 14 points when those type of teams play.
