Does anyone have any update on players who had money at *************? I see the below message when I login to the website. I know the US government seized the ************* money last year but when this happened with Neteller the players eventually got their money. Why did the US government eventually release the money for Neteller but not for *************?

I realize it is a longshot that I get any of my EWalletExpress balance back but it took 5 years before I got some of my BetOnSports balance back so who knows.

I wish some lawyer would file a class action lawsuit on behalf of all the people that lost their money.

The Magic 8 Ball should have told US players what was in the cards for ************* and their casino accounts in a matter of minutes back in November with the tell tale signs making an appearance once again at a frequently used payment processor, *************. No one can answer if players will ever get their funds returned to them even though gambling online is NOT illegal in the US. Only the banking and financial businesses are performing illegal activities when they process players winnings, not the players at all, so why they should have to forfeit their money still needs addressing by the federal government . However, if past experience shows us anything, don’t hold your breath for any funds being returned, just look under the federal governments Christmas trees this next Christmas and say “Your Welcome”.

It seems strange but E Wllet Express still has customer servuice people on live chat even though they have not been in business for 11 months. They won't tell me anything other than they are still in negotiations with the government.
