Recap: Stacy Schuler Trial
After a 3 and a half day trial, Schuler was convicted on all counts.

(Lebanon, OH) -- Several of her students testified, some for the defense, some for the prosecution, in the trial of Stacy Schuler. The former Mason High School teacher was accused of sexual battery, and providing alcohol to minors, specifically, five male students, some of whom she taught.

After just three days of arguments, and testimony, the trial came to a close, with a verdict from Judge Robert Peeler: Guilty, on all counts. Peeler didn't delay the penalty phase, hearing statements from the parents of two of the young men, before sentencing Schuler to 4 years in prison.

With good behavior, Schuler could be released after just six months.

Five young men testified for the prosecution, telling tales of sex and drug parties at Schuler's home. Listen to excerpts of their testimony: (WARNING: Testimony is at times graphic.)

Witness #1 was one of the first students to visit Schuler at her Springboro home. He testified he, a friend, and Schuler smoked marijuana and drank before having sex.

my point is you are making determinations about what is moral or not based on perception of the events. you don't find this as immoral as the penn st stuff. that's fine. i don't care because i have no interest in what is moral or not.

my only interest is what is legal or not therefore this event and the other are equally wrong while joe pa not telling the cops in not wrong because it is not illegal.

i rarely past moral judgement on people because everyone has a different sense of morality. different cultures have different moral standards, even different time periods have different moral standards.
