I'll chime in with my two cents and echo some opinions already expressed. First of all the harm is with the jersey. Its a brand name and its the proper business move to publicly distance it from the seedy porno industry. Some companies have employees sign morals clauses. If an employee causes harm via public actions to the image of that corporation they can be subject to disciplinary action. I'll not sure this applies here but this situation is somewhat common in business. Without the jersey he could get a pass here but that's not the case.
The other issue is embarrassment. Gi-Gi Jones isn't just any porn star. Listen to the Howard Stern interview to get a better idea of the true nature of her sexual adventures. It was reported he was at a party with several other guys and they were watching her movies before the picture in question was taken. Half naked in a bedroom after that when these pictures are taken? It doesn't look good and certainly wasn't smart.
I'm interested now the announcers will address this on Sunday's broadcast.
