sickler, i have tried timmy horton's coffee on many occasions, and i know people that love coffee alwys swear by timmy horton's and say it's great. but even i have tried it and i dont like it.

i dont know if it's just me, but i can't stand coffee.. i hate the taste. i have tried to like it, but i just can't get myself to like it. what do people see in that taste? do they drink it because it tastes good, or is it to wake them up for the caffieine?

i dont get it.. i find it revolting. i prefer a cold glass of milk instead.

Talk about taking the wind out of my sails. Coffee would be undrinkable without cream or sugar. I love my double-double but take one or both doubles away and I'd prefer drinking cat piss.

Nicky... that's how i used to be so i would go to starbucks and get a grande 5 pump mocha. i hated the taste of coffee and that drink right there is what i call a grown man's hot chocolate. Tastes just like it and it wakes you up in no time. That was for a few years.... I tried a their pikes coffee blend and added a french vanilla creamer with some sugar cubes and now that's all i make. Still has the taste of coffee but you can get used to this one. This one also wakes you up as well.... cheaper and can be made within a few minutes.

Why would anyone try to get into coffee? It's a drug, once you get into youre gonna need it, if you dont need it stay the hell away. Granted I do plenty of other things to my body, but not needing caffeine to get through the day is certainly better than the alternative.

Some are sensitive to caffeine, but it's well tolerated by majority of people. Contrary to what was believed for decades, caffeinated coffee, even in high doses is actually beneficial or neutral at worst for the health. That's what the latest scientific data points to.

I have been trying so hard to like coffee, as i have tried drinking it so many times to try to like it, but i just can't.. I find it so nasty tasting. what is the obsession people have with coffee? Why do some people love it so much?

It's a good excuse to have cream and sugar. Then there is also the caffeine. Some people find it's the only thing that can wash the taste of cok out of their mouth in the morning. To each their own.
