It said picks had to be in by 1 eastern? where do I post my picks? And where are the official lines? I checked the BBall section and saw nothing from LT.

Rules for contests should have a literacy test you have to pass first. That would eliminate half the contestants right off the bat. Never in all my life have I seen so many people that can not read or comprehend.
